The building
The 3200 m² center building is fully utilized on the ground floor for customs, customs clearance, driver lounge and offices for ColorLine and Fjord Line.
On the 1st floor are the freight forwarding companies ECUS/Niels Bonde Spedition and KGH Customs Services, the shipping company Smyril Line has a Cruise Sales & Administration office, the temp agency JKS, the shipping company Asbjørn and an office for HTC.
There is still office space available for rent for hauliers or freight forwarders who can benefit from being part of a new inspiring center with a focus on cargo, customs and transport.
In the basement there are toilet/shower facilities for the drivers.
